Shipping Policy

Cardonomics is proudly an Australian online business. All products listed on the Cardonomics website will be shipped from Australia unless stated otherwise in the product description.

DISPACTH

The Cardonomics team endeavour to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner so you get your orders faster.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

 

Same Day/Next Day Dispatch Applies to in-stock items only and does not apply to pre-orders.

Standard Delivery Domestic:

Postage Partners: Australia Post
Delivery Timeframe: 2-7 Business Days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

Express Delivery Domestic:

Postage Partners: Australia Post
Delivery Timeframe: 1-2 Business Days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

There is no additional coverage taken out on shipments. If you would like additional coverage please get in contact with us and we can estimate it for you.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Cardonomics control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Express International shipping is shipped through Australia Post please allow approximately 10 business days for delivery.

All duties and fees charged by the customers country of residence are paid buy the customer and are the customers responsibility to check and calculate these and are not included in the international shipping fee.
